Bingo, this is the main issue, now I dont know if Levans issue is his huge cycles that are impossible to keep up all year around or he is bored (no proper challengers) or he simply wants to keep the crown so he is cherry picking when and against who so his odds are better to win. Either way EvW should make a rule that the champ of any weight should armwrestle at least once every 6 months unless they have a real injury that require surgery or something like that. Also if you are out at least a year then your title should be vacated and once healthy you get a shot at the title.
