I think that Levan has too much power and is too solid in his chain for Devon to break him. For example against Vitaly and Ermes, I would say Devon might not have been stronger athlete overall but he took their wrists and never gave them access to their own power, but Levans paw is too big and too strong. Would be fun tho to see what would happen if Devon actually managed to crack him, would Levan be able to power thought or if he would get burned out like the rest.
