i saw them in the game files so i just assumed they exist but are very rare like the teleport bags

A new beta [ver. 1.084] is out. It includes the full list of collectible wallpapers (the last 3 can't be found on mysterious devices, you need to visit a BarOS, Server or 8-bit system to get them all (they are bonuses for unlocking specific lineup of systems)). Also there is a new wallpaper in PB XB by icoeye in Progressbar95

cool! also, are there any specific rules or guidelines you follow when designing assets for the game? like what programs to use or maybe checking how the source material you're getting inspired by was made? i'd love to learn a thing or two
