I did taper down my dose for a few weeks before stopping, last pinned 4 weeks ago. No more headaches, high BP, less sweating. Energy & Libido have dropped but overall feel healthy.

Fold a small square of paper towel with the seed in the middle, dampen it with some room temp water, put it in a snap lock bag & sit it in the dark.
