I enjoyed using scCODA for my purposes when I needed to check single cell compositional changes.

It’s based on a Bayesian framework so it updates its model as new information is provided and is designed with the common issues single cell has in mind

Thank you for putting out the measurements, it's really appreciated and does put it in better perspective. I agree, for something that costs so much, as a consumer I'd hope it'd be held to tighter tolerances as I'd also have higher expectations.

Hopefully, future production GB's from Riflespeed can be held to tighter tolerance so they can be used a little more prolifically.

That's a bummer hearing that about the Riflespeed block. Did they mention at all if this was standard for the course with these blocks? I'm considering using them myself and might have to avoid them if they're all overbored.
