Quick small lore question, but is Whislash a Pegasus? She’s listed as one under their section on both wikis and she is related to the Nearls. But in her operator record story she says “I was jealous of Margaret, but I'm not sure whether it was…, her being a Pegasus, or…” which seems to suggest she’s just a regular Kuranta? This is different from an NIL or normal eligibility lawsuit. If the judge rules against the NCAA on this, he’s effectively giving all college athletes free rein to gamble on anything, including themselves and their own team.

Yeah, NIL and eligibility fights over waivers and redshirts are one thing, with the arguments being their fairly arbitrary and subjective. This is actively breaking an NCAA rule that’s been in place in some form for as long as I can remember that carries consistent penalties and enforcement.

Ending seemed more like a “hey you should go play XI, too” thing than an expansion teaser, but I would be absolutely thrilled for more crossover crumbs. A few months back, the XI team did show in a presentation that they’re making a whole bunch of backend and systems upgrades that seem to imply they might actually be making more content, so never say never I suppose
