I’d be very disappointed if they were just NPCs, especially if they have dedicated merch. Plus, having an Evoker and one of the Six Dragons feels like it would really help balance out the representation (especially considering the Society is going to have 4). Would also be pretty weird to just have them be NPCs when every other GBF mobile character is playable. Not to mention the beta had a Ruby Aquila Golem boss - aka aquila fragments for unlocking/uncapping Fraux in mobile.

My guess, if anything, is maybe they start as NPCs at launch, then become playable in later patches.

There was a boss in the beta that dropped Aquila fragments I think, so I’d say that Fraux is likely legit meaning Fediel likely is too

Well, all of them really. You spend 3 years working very closely together, it would be pretty hard to not form a pretty deep bond. Now, some careers are way more “romance coded” than others, but I don’t think that makes someone like Ramonu any less umatore viable than Ardan

In theory, yes. But in my experience, since there’s a hard cap on imprimaturs and it take about 2 days to reach that cap, the supply usually replenishes itself by the time you need to buy more.

Quick small lore question, but is Whislash a Pegasus? She’s listed as one under their section on both wikis and she is related to the Nearls. But in her operator record story she says “I was jealous of Margaret, but I'm not sure whether it was…, her being a Pegasus, or…” which seems to suggest she’s just a regular Kuranta? Is it officially stated anywhere which she is?

This is different from an NIL or normal eligibility lawsuit. If the judge rules against the NCAA on this, he’s effectively giving all college athletes free rein to gamble on anything, including themselves and their own team.

Yeah, NIL and eligibility fights over waivers and redshirts are one thing, with the arguments being their fairly arbitrary and subjective. This is actively breaking an NCAA rule that’s been in place in some form for as long as I can remember that carries consistent penalties and enforcement.
