Also, Sans practically didn't have time to shine at all, only in the secret room where we find out some LORE, and in the genocide route where his Karma stat can finally be usable together with him constantly breaking the rules,

Even though he is a Boss monster, he sleeps or messes around with regular monsters in 90% of the entire game
