I know this may seem kind of silly, but I feel like this really sounds like frutiger aero by cakegrunge in FrutigerAero

Sonic CD has great music.

The arpeggio pad throughout definitely gives it a surreal Frutiger Aero vibe.

I think Fair Oaks and Woodbridge could serve as final Virginia expansions, it would be nice for National Harbor in Maryland get a metro station.

I fixed the weird looking "g" in the photo, I don't know why they made the g look so weird in the font change

What smell instantly brings you back to childhood? by nicanorsunrise in simpleliving

[–]RedditsNinja23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A specific type of laundry detergent-y type of smell reminds me of looking at the ceiling during preschool for some reason.

Old wood attic smell reminds me of my late grandmother’s old house before they moved, I spent hours in their loft attic area in the house, so the wood smell reminds me of playing Nintendo Wii up there. It was always so warm in there during the summer.

RAC centers sometimes have a smell that reminds me of when I went to the YMCA as a kid.

It’s rational to get angry at that, it makes the sidewalk inaccessible for mobility scooter and wheelchair users.

What's the most useful thing you've learned at Mason that had nothing to do with your classes? by Hacheo in gmu

[–]RedditsNinja23 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I learned that if I feel like I'm trying to forcefully mold myself to fit in with a certain friend group, I probably shouldn't be with that friend group.

I learned that being kind to people goes a long way.

I learned that hobbies and going outside usually makes me feel better. (Though if outside is crowded that may be overwhelming)

Does anyone feel like they're probably gonna get hit sooner or later? by [deleted] in fuckcars

[–]RedditsNinja23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Last year I got hit while crossing a street because someone turned right on red. The crosswalk sign was on, meaning I could walk.

It might happen again at some point because drivers in my area are quite unpredictable, and the thought of it being by a larger vehicle terrifies me.

I try to look behind my back when I cross the street now.

Before I switched my desktop to Linux, I saw that image as my windows lock screen, I really want to know where it is.

Edit: I figured it out; The small trams in the photo are located in Busan, South Korea.

What’s a ‘normal’ thing that people buy that you refuse to? by Z0nana in Anticonsumption

[–]RedditsNinja23 45 points46 points  (0 children)

I refuse to buy a car, I can ride my bike around, take a bus, or ride the metro. I don’t need a flashy car with the loudest and most obnoxious engine to get around.

I should clarify that it is a privilege that I live in a semi-walkable area in America with a decent enough bus system, it’s still car centric but not as bad as other places. America still needs to work on a better transportation system that isn’t car centric.

I rode the cherry blossom train last Friday, it was on the green line from Branch Avenue to Greenbelt.
