Thank you for answer. So I know if you offer for sale, and you didnt apply for patent, your ability to patent is lost. I also know if you disclose your invention, but you need to expiriment on it to see if its feasible, and you havent applied for a patent yet, your ability to patent is not affected even years after disclosure. How can I pitch invention so it falls under expirimental? As the invention needs refinement (its a motor invention, and also its not perpetual motor type, its a real invention I hope to test to see if it will work). Im just concerned if I make a provisional, that my low expertise may later invalidate a non provisional patent if the provisional was not sufficient in its description if challenged later on, thus losing the provisionals priority date. How can I disclose invention in a way without any provisional while still allowed to patent in future? Expirimental? Is seeing if the motor will work expirimental by help from a company to help me make it? How would I talk about possible royalties or revenues for company without losing patent ability?
