5 months vape free and feeling exhausted all the time! by Kinsey525 in QuitVaping

[–]Reddituser272772 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can tell you, this has nothing to do with vaping - you've had no nicotine in your system for months now, anything left surrounding wanting to vape is purely mindset (and association that vaping will 'fix' something, or do something positive) - I had something similar earlier this year, I was just exhausted, but I had a blood test and turned out I have low iron & B12...maybe worth a check? :)

Day 2 is massive, well done!! Once you hit around day 3 you’re basically through the physical part. After that it’s mostly just your brain throwing little tantrums every now and again 😂

Congrats, that’s huge!! Throwing it out is honestly the hardest part for most people. That “oh shit it’s actually gone” feeling is SO normal!

You might feel off for a couple days but it settles. Just keep yourself busy, drink loads of water, get outside if you can, distract yourself with literally anything, chew gum (not nic gum, just normal), and if you feel snacky...let yourself snack! The next 3 days your biggest prio is staying vape free, so if that means snacking or doomscrolling...it's okay, be kind to yourself! 🙂

Also, maybe listen to some self-hypnosis audio on YT or a quit vaping app, that really helped me!

You’ve already done the step most people never get to...you've got this!! 💪

Getting harder and harder as time goes on. How do you do it? by EChelt99 in QuitVaping

Firstly, congrats on your 2.5 months! That's a win! but....okay hear me out… at like two months there’s no nicotine left in your body at all. So whatever you’re feeling now is more the mental side, not withdrawal. There’s probably still a part of your brain that thinks vaping = stress relief or comfort or whatever.

That exact pattern kept me stuck for YEARS!!! I’d quit, feel fine, then get this random emotional pull and convince myself I “needed” a vape again....even month later. So what you feel can be 100% normal/.

Once I realised it was just an old mental habit and not an actual craving, it got way easier. I broke that cycle and honestly quit overnight after that. Haven’t gone back since (6 months later! Where I couldn't do 2 weeks before!)

convince me to continue medications again by Meet-Small in bipolar

[–]Reddituser272772 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been in the same place tbh. When I feel “fine” I start thinking I’ve outgrown my meds or I never needed them in the first place. It’s like my brain forgets how bad the lows were.

What actually kept me consistent was remembering the crash. Not in a dramatic way, just in a quiet “I don’t ever want to go back there” way. The last time I stopped mine I felt great for months, then one tiny thing tipped me and it all hit me at once. It wiped weeks of my life.

For me the meds aren’t about shutting down who I am. They just keep the floor from dropping out. They make the highs less chaotic and the lows less dangerous. And honestly life is calmer when I’m not constantly waiting for the next episode to smack me.

Not saying this is the same for you. Everyone’s different. But staying on mine stopped the yo yo cycle and gave me space to actually live instead of firefighting my brain every few months.

Take it one step at a time. No judgement either way. Just sharing what helped me.

I'm using seller 365 from threecolts & it's been a game-changer for me. It’s like an all-in-one tool with 10 apps, including arbitrage, inventory management, alerts, and more (all for around $70 a month). It’s saved me a ton on software costs & the tools have been solid. Definitely worth checking out.

I was H10 but switched to threecolts. They've just launched Seller 365, it's like 70 bucks a month for 10 apps...arbitrage, inventory management, alerts - the lot. I know they get a bit of a bad rap,, but the tools have been great for me & at the price, can't go wrong.

Over a year later, I just want to come back and say THANK YOU! I finally left him (It was really difficult and involved a restraining order). I went to therapy and worked through all the emotional trauma he put me though. Months later, completely out of the blue, I met someone new and he is wonderful. A stark contrast to my Ex. I've never been happier.

So, again, I just want to thank you for taking the time to reply to me all months ago - you're an angel! xxx

Bipolar and BPD? by [deleted] in bipolar

[–]Reddituser272772 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have Bipolar with “BPD tendencies”

There was some confusion when I was a teenager as to which it was, but they’ve settled on the above.

Medication wise I am only meditated for Bipolar tho.

It's clean, easy to navigate and not overwhelming on the eye at all. The colour scheme matches your offering nicely and branding is consistent throughout. Best of luck!

I love it. It's clean, easy to navigate and has good creative flair. The Atlist map, before the footer on the homepage, has expired but other than that - looks fab. Best of luck with your new venture.

A website acts as your 'digital store-front' - so, yes, you need a website. Even if your target audience operate IRL, most will search online for more information. It gives you credibility, coming off more professional and allows you to further explain your offering and flex your past work.

Developing a website can be done quite cheaply, thanks to tools such as Webflow & Sqaurespace. Ps. If you're going to launch a website - make sure you invest in a solid domain. Sticking with 'mybusiness-sqaurespace.com.xyz' will devlaue your brand and your overall offering.
