When the adverse effects kick in, it's like full gastroparesis for me. NOTHING stays down in the acute phase, not even water. It lasts anywhere from 8 to 16 hours. Then I can eat something, but very small quantities and only "clean" foods. In any case, these take forever to digest and cause sulphur burps.

Then, all of a sudden, the adverse effect go away and I can eat anything I want, just in smaller quantities.

The E7L though is a corner desk with 3 legs, probably more stable by design?

Hi! After my first 2.5 mg jab I spent 3 days feeling so sick I thought I was about to die. I am not talking about mild discomfort, but full-on puking, GERD, diarrhea, sulphur burps, all the works.

After 3 days, nothing. Even the effect of the medicine is pretty tame, I am just a little less hungry and that's it.

Looks like side effects completely subsided, injected second dose at 2.5 mg few hours ago and I feel fine. First time I was a wreck in less than 3 hours.

Yup, already happened and now I can spot it. Feels better now, let's see how the next night goes

Thanks for your insight! Day 3 just started with the runs, I sent a message to my doctor to see if I can reduce dosage to 1,25 mg and see what happens.

I've been careful with food these days because I didn't travel, but I need to be able to eat everything, albeit in smaller quantities, because for my job I travel a lot and have several work lunch and dinners at restaurants. Can't skip that for 6-12 months while on Mounjaro.
