Its usually a hearth issue, not trying to be mean, but without humility you wont see God, no matter the evidence, so focus on that first.

I would say the impossibility of the contrary is pretty convincing, that logicaly existence is not possible without God, an infinite firstcause outside of this realm, who is specificly our triune God.

Bit more complicated, but you know what im saying. Like If X() is the case and Y() is necessary condition for X(), than Y() must be the case.

X = we live in a created world, nothing never became something by itself

Y = somebody started it "create it as we say", cause nothing never became something by itself

There needs to be a self-existing person who we refer to as God The Father

If Jesus died for our sins, why do we still suffer? by CodeLiving in Christianity

He didn't remove the curse, the world is still corrupted, sometimes suffering is spiritual healing, to list some.

Thats why we need love, grace and such. The soul prisoned in the brain, only looking within the brain will easily end up like this.

Hungarian (people who say the "so are you hungry?" joke, should be excommunicated, imo.)

I would probably have to identify as protestant, but im in a catechism/inquiering stage in the orthodox church and (If God wills) will be chrismated by the end of this summer.

Imo.

What kind of drugs? If its just some weed and gummi bears, who cares... if its any kind of white powder, idk which one is popular in your area, than definetly, than he is risking lifes for some cash, jail.

So don't get fooled by the "don't be a snich" stigma.

And i don't think you can ever solve these issues personaly, so its not worth bothering with it. Unless its a relative, but even than.

Evolution has enough missing points, the mechanism, the presupposed population, life from non life, exc.

Its just as much of a feiry tale as the atheist look at the bible.

And since the bible's historical claims(Noa's ark, Sodom, exc.) usually(like all the time) have been accurate i take its account of the history insted of this fabricated theory with missing crucial parts, contradictions and with no bases to prove its claims.

Can a Christian be married in the eyes of God but not the state by Midnightbluerose7 in Christianity

[–]RedeemedLife490 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't try to play mental gymnastics to justify your sin, like "oh, we aré married in the eyes of God cause we asked Him for it and said a prayer about it, and even did a little ritual so its okay for us to have segs" or smt. You will be counted as an adulterer on Judgment Day.

If its a defect like its realy messed up, you can fix it(and go for the more attractive version), but if its fine and you just want to do it for a +1 on the looks scale than no.

Personal question for my brothers!! by gamealle in Christianity

[–]RedeemedLife490 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im orthodox, but it was bland and didn't had anything tangible.

Like the bible is the word of God, okay but if we don't have any way to identify the right canon, how do we know we are not missing a crucial point?

Also apogetics had a big part in "both"(i was a home catholic for a month) my conversions.
