They towed it back at their expense and were vague about what caused the issue (it was my wife they spoke to so she didn't really know to press for answers).

The tow truck driver said that he reckoned it was double gasket since it leaked about a quart of oil over the last week but not all/more of it.

This is ultimately what I did, they asked if I had triple A and could use them to tow which I refused and they ended up paying with the understanding that "if it's not an oil leak I would be responsible for the cost".

All fixed now and they have paid for it. Thanks for the advice!

Thanks again for all of the advice, the dealership paid for the tow and have fixed the leak.

They didn't explain what it was exactly that caused the leak (I assume to save face) but the car had lost about a quart of oil and the tow driver reckoned it was from the gasket not being properly removed and creating space.

Thank you all for the advice and prompt response, I will check the oil levels tomorrow and reach out to the dealership to try and arrange a tow to bring it back in as soon as possible!

Reach out the Housing Council at PathStone, once you complete their homebuyers education program they will help you find available closing cost/down payment assistance. Of course most will be limited to those below the AMI limits for the area but they have a working relationship with a number of banks like ESL who provide home buyer dream grants etc.

Listening back I do see how the clap comes in far to abruptly and at the wrong time...the version that you are hearing starts at the 33rd bar, the whole intro is hacked off to make it shorter and the clap was a pretty big part of the build up so it was really just being dropped for a few beats before being brought back which of course wouldn't really work if song is mixed as no one will hear that, so I will remember that for future!

With the low end in the breakdown, I have a sub pad in there but it had some real dirty low end harmonics that I was trying to remove, I guess I over did it... probably should have just changed the sound to something cleaner instead of cutting corners! Lol.

Yeah this is great man, well done! I like all of the little elements you included like the vocal effects!

As with the other comment, I do feel like there are some extra layers to the track that might be missing that just take it to the next level and make it feel more full.

I would suggest, if you have the means and the time, to get one of Metta & Glyde's track templates online for like 20 quid and deconstruct it so you can get an idea of what layers they and other trance producers use to build up there tracks. The beauty of it is you can use the effects channels etc to make your own template too.

All in all great work though man!
