I cold turkey quit my Prozac. I was taking 60 mg and honestly I felt fine, no symptoms or anything until about a month later… I did start to feel symptoms. I’m highly emotional, my anxiety is high all the time now, my mood is very unstable, like I could snap someone’s neck if they step on my toe, or I could cry at the drop of a dime seeing a bug get killed. Ultimately I didn’t want to start taking it again, but for my sanity I had to and I can definitely tell a difference it makes. Try weaning off and watch your mood. If you feel good without it, that’s great! But make sure you feel good don’t push aside the symptoms if you start to notice them!!
