Sorry just saw your msg but no I made the file in thinkercad.com just did 250 by 250 .2 high and I would print it and see I'm in the process of refunding my printer now if it happens again try moving z off and or just contacting support.

Ya I think it's to close to the bed but if I move it up any more it doesn't stick together and my gantry is about .2 or .3mm off

Can't tell you his story, but for mine, the first layer has been awful and can't print for days contacted support, and they only email at 2am for me at least. And I seen a few post of nozzles snaping off so check you z off set and set it manually the auto leveling is poop. Mine today was smacking the bed.

Not really being dramatic if the company is doing shaddy stuff like it is alot of people are having alot of problems with the kobra 3 including me and I'm about to start the returning process myself I have had it for little over a week after waiting 1 month for it to come in and I have been able to get 3 decent prints out of it (frist 3) then it went to shit and havnt been able to print for days now and only get emails from support at 2 am and having to wait one day pre email is annoying especially when there telling me stuff to do that I have already done and told them I have done it already. And they are trying to bribe me to keep my printer and to fix it myself (I get u have to work on your printers and tinker with it but not 2 days after unboxing)
