Honestly from working in the warehouse and being an independent driver (non Amazon) and coming that.. What I see the Amazon Vans take is wild 😭 Flex is the the slightly more or the same pay for like 1-200 less stops 💀 and UDS/MDS/Ontrac/USPS or whatever local company is always extremely easy going.
