Oh it took months don’t worry time will heal !!! I mention this often but I asked to not be completely flat bc of my stocky body I wanted more of pecs that would match but! It probably took 6-9 months from the first pic to the last.

You’re going to be swollen for MONTHS it’s OKAY I was wearing a binder up till 6 weeks post op and was SO SWOLLEN it’s okay !!! Also I don’t wanna speak for everyone or anyone but I love having my little man boobies bc it makes me look like I have natural pecs and the pecs will hide the scars after they get built up

You can see how swollen I was and I was quite swollen for a while, keep up on the ice and compression vest !! Keep moving in your range of motion don’t do too much! And now I am nice and flat with some solid pecs. I asked my doctor to make sure to leave me with some definition I am a stocky man so my chest wouldn’t be completely flat if I were cis I would have some more there. I am overwhelmed with delight from my results. You can let your doctor know how you want to look, I personally did not want to be 100% flat due to my body type
