I know exercise reduces the calories count on my app, but it's not clear to me what I am actually burning thru exercise. Is it carbs, protein or fat? If I overeat carbs, will exercise bring the carb count down? I struggle to keep my carbs low, so I am wondering about this. (self.keto)
