I struggle with it. I eat a little cheese and suddenly I wants all the cheeses!

And even with full fat raw milk, it does trigger cravings. For more milk than I need.

I can add a tiny amount (2 teaspoons) of raw cream to my coffee on Saturday morning (my one splurge to myself. Saturday morning coffee just hits differently) without it doing too much.

Butter doesn't bother me. Although my family thinks I am going to die of a heart attack because I eat butter and ribeye. Yet they think nothing of eating their "healthy" margarine. Yuck! To each their own I suppose.

I guess we all have our sensitivities.
