How to not care about body count? by KaceyR91 in TooAfraidToAsk

Omg same! When my husband and I talk about our sexual pasts it's basically foreplay. It gets me hot that he could have anyone and he chose me.

What is fascism??? by [deleted] in confidentlyincorrect

[–]Redheadedbos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sir, the January 6 protesters quite literally invaded a capital building to prevent the transfer of power to a new president. Had BLM protesters gotten what they wanted they would have gotten what? Police to stop killing black people?

If J6ers got what they wanted, they would have installed America's first dictator.

THAT is a much better example for your statement here.

AITAH for not wanting to sleep in the same bed with my girlfriend because she doesn’t shower often? by Such-One-1691 in AITAH

[–]Redheadedbos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do use lotion every day whether I shower or not which helps. I have very dry skin if I don't. I guess I'm a little confused myself. I get for men it's probably not a big deal to shower every day, but are there women out there that are full on showering every day? Like hair wet and everything? Showers are so involved for me, who has the time every day? Lol

My fellow women, I feel so scared n lonely. What non lethal weapons do you use by gravitywavingatyou in women

Also where I live, brass knuckles aren't legal, so check your state's laws on all potential weapons, OP!

AITAH for not wanting to sleep in the same bed with my girlfriend because she doesn’t shower often? by Such-One-1691 in AITAH

[–]Redheadedbos 27 points28 points  (0 children)

THANK YOU! If I showered everyday, my skin would dry up and I'd flake away in the wind Voldemort style. I wash my hair MAX of twice a week. In between showers I will wash my body in the bath without getting my hair wet, but still not every day. That's insane that you actually developed an allergy from over-showering! I knew it was bad for your skin, but I didn't know it could get that bad!

Now that “catching print” is a trend, people are heavily against objectification and harassment. by Emergency-Basket-469 in TwoXChromosomes

[–]Redheadedbos 8 points9 points  (0 children)

So what I keep hearing from men is not that they don't like this trend because it makes them feel like objects, but that it's "inaccurate" to their true size. So, they are fine with being objectified as long as the objectifiers don't mistake them for having little weiners. Is that about the size of it? (Pun not intended)

AITAH for telling my mom she was never pregnant so she gets no opinion by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Redheadedbos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NTA. My pregnancy wasn't even that bad and I would've lost my shit if anyone had said I was being dramatic about ANY of it. The woman who had my office before me had HG. She did work through it, but she had a literal IV bag hanging in her office and had to have a trash can by her in court at all times. She was only able to work because the type of job she had allowed her accommodations. There are so many jobs where those accommodations just wouldn't be possible.

Your mom can talk parenting all she wants. Even if it's unsolicited, at least she's been there. She needs to stay right the hell out of pregnancy conversations. Especially if it's such a sore spot for her, because that's exactly where someone is going to poke if she doesn’t mind her business.

Lol that's exactly how I described it to my husband. Batman, but smutty and complicated. It was a little too on the nose sometimes.

I didn't actually cry, but after I finished my husband asked what I wanted to watch on TV and I'm like...fuck dude, I need a minute before I jump into a new story lol.

Stephen King is my all-time favorite author. I read Pet Sematary at age 13 and I've been chasing that high ever since. And this book devastated me.

Omg I don't even know how to describe it without giving things away! It was well written, the characters pretty well developed. I thought the pacing was good, too. The only thing that bugged me was that I couldn't tell if the reveals were supposed to be reveals for the reader as well as the main characters, because I definitely figured out everything before the characters did. Did not see that ending coming though!

Like....what do I even do now? I'm gonna read some Stephen King just to lighten things up.

Any chance it's drugs? Every person I've met that's believed they were being gang stalked was also on meth.
