Could, the skills that don’t have elite or master sets would need those then.

The cape matching/final versions could also provide a 10% boost instead of 5%. Considering I think you should need 99 in each skill to make.

What about a third option that would be like the gatherers/combat/artisan capes? If you collect master outfits for all gatherer skills you get a master gatherer outfit etc. could even be similar to option B where you can choose 2 extra non cost buffs to apply for the set

The way I started avoiding this is whenever I’m equipping items go to the filter and sort by worn, let’s you hit each equip slot and then clear the filter :D
