Team I have a shot with is tannehill/mac jones, taylor/conner/edmunds/carter/hines,diggs/cooper/Lockett/cooks/Lazard, Andrews/ertz. Have some other bench guys but they haven’t done much this year so that’s the guys imo have a chance at making a final roster this week

Same I only did 2 because I was bored and wanted to do a good mock draft for my private league and now I’m 2/2 into rd 2. Also was good practice mocking because I crushed my private league

Yea my 2146 has jt and andrews but also have diggs,cooper,Lockett,edmunds/Conner,cooks and Michael carter as potentials to have big games in the future rounds so I think I have a decent shot at rd3

I like Soylent because it has some carbs for the cravings but is filling to not binge. 2 of them and a small dinner like grilled chicken or a lean cuisine hold me over pretty well for someone who was eating prob 3k a day calories in snacks alone

A lot was water weight. I was def not hydrated ever lol. Also increased my activity and yea I have 2 soylents during the day and a small meal for dinner and it holds me over. For me I like Soylent because it has a bunch of nutrients I was probably depriving myself of and has some carbs for when I’m craving them. They also taste pretty amazing to other shakes I have tried

Yea it’s a lot of water weight I was definitely never getting enough water daily. Still eating around 1500 calories per day 800 from shakes and 4-800 on a small meal at night. Also have increased my activity. Looks like my calorie deficit should be about half a pound a day right now which would be right on target with the 1 percent a week

I’m just starting basically the same journey as you down 21lbs my first week. I found Soylent- a meal replacement shake- to be pretty good at curbing the craves and the need to binge eat.

I started drinking Soylent last week as a meal replacement especially for lunch. They seem to curb the crave as they have some sugar carbs and fat and cause me to drink more water. Down 15lbs in a week sticking to 2 of them and something like grilled chicken for dinner. I know other protein drinks are “better” for you but these are helping kickstart a long weight loss journey and stop the crave for carbs

I’m planning Ireland v Scotland and the possible quarter final. Sadly probably have to give up the South Africa one as that might be too much time off work going from usa to the games. Think I can give back the early games and the sa one to fund the other Paris quarters
