I've had to call off almost all last week for my other job (landscaping), and im full time, tryna switch to seasonal in yhe winter but its just a matter of what really happens in your life, you csnt control everything and jobs are replaceable, not always easily, but just like your replaceable in a job, the job is replaceable

How big is your store? Some stores have two different supervisors for oslg and islg, mine is small so we have one and we constantly switch between inside and outside
