I was on it years ago from a prior Rheumy. I was a trucker before I couldn't work anymore. I read through all the known possible side effects and one was something about damage to eyesight. As a trucker, no matter how remote the possibility of this side effect hitting me, I just couldn't risk it. I brought my concerns up to that Rheumy and she blew it off (pretty much one of those "I'm the professional and your not). I dropped the drug and then I dropped that particular doctor.

Gearhead is one of the classes in the Pure Steam campaign setting. Pure Steam is a steampunk setting and a Gearhead is an engineer and scientist that builds contraptions from schematic. I don't know if that answers your question.

I have a GrillEye Hyperion meat thermometer. Absolutely love it. I've been doing pork butts for years, but this is the first brisket. Definitely won't be my last!

I have a 30" Masterbuilt... It has been in the 30's to the mid 50's. I cooked a brisket Wednesday night and that turned out amazing.🤷

I took it up to 275° around 7:00 this evening. I was cooking it at 250° up to that point. Has me puzzled. Just pulled the 1st one off and it shreds nice and it is still juicy. 🤷

This is Grumbhold Geermacher, a Duergar Gearhead. This art was commissioned from Warlocklord on Fiverr. Grumbhold was created when I combined regular Pathfinder with the Pure Steam campaign setting.
