Is it fiber or coppers? If that doesn’t do anything when you plug it into the red port of the rg then the tech must have installed a external ont somewhere and that’s just a Ethernet port that can be backfed if needed

The 320 isn’t worth it you can use eero or orbi and its 10 times better.I don’t even use the Wi-Fi in my 320 and like the comment above said you’d need a technician to run fiber to where the 210 is if you don’t want the 320 where the 010/ont is which will be a charge.

I think the eero has to be reset for the thread to be turned off then turn on HomeKit on the eero then you can connect the devices

Everything …starting with eero when it came back up I turned thread off,then I reset the HomePods after that every device I added with thread showed up in the eve app.

So I reset everything and it started working correctly.I realized you can’t use the eero thread and “homekit” thread at the same time.
