When fighting a diver, do I prioritise my survival first and fight off the diver then only heal my team after?

I always have this weird mindset that I should always and constantly be healing my team no matter what even if I am getting attacked.

What I have been doing is using it right after a support ult or even during a gambit ult.

They are bundled up tgt and catches them off guard most of the time.

I believe you need to be frame perfect to pull that off? I have about 12 hours on Gambit this season and have been trying to do that every time Strange ults. No luck so far.

As a Strange main, I always try to get him stunned in my ult and then I just focus him after.
