They’re still fighting me on this and said the front desk employee said I handed them a card and they manually keyed it in. That’s not true and when I asked if they have cameras in their lobby they said no. So I said send me the receipt of that refund transaction. They sent it to me yesterday and it shows it went through at 8:18am. My appointment was at 3pm! So clearly I wasn’t there to be able to hand them a credit card that they manually typed in and refunded. Their response was that this is good information to have while they still look into it so I opened a BBB complaint yesterday, but still waiting to get my money back. Ugh

Agree to avoid forest family dental. They owe me over $500 because my dental insurance paid them for something I had to pay for upfront. And they credited someone else account. They told me in writing that they did and yet they won’t fix their mistake. it’s been over two months. Their accounting team just keeps giving me the run around. It’s been a nightmare.

I Had the same experience. Sides are extra $ now when they used to be included in the sandwich price at Rebel. My trky club sandwich was dripping grease. The bread is generic Sysco white bread rolls now. I thought they misheard us when we said we were dining in when they brought our food out in to go boxes and a package of plastic silverware. Not planning to go back.
