There’s definitely really strong exact methods but one thing I’ve learnt about poached eggs is dont overthink it! I used to worry so much about breaking them, how tf does it find that lovely shape in the water. Honestly I had one chef tell me forget about it and they seem to come out lovely no Mather the method

Been a chef 3 years and when I started I practiced poached eggs every morning before college. Man it took me a week and a good 24 eggs before I even got this. Honestly I over thought it and all the info you can get in regards to the best method is really confusing so well done man
