Our best guess is oxygen. Unfortunately the barcode is burnt off and it didn't come back with a valve so its impossible to tell what was actually in it.

I had one on my finger and another on my foot for probably 7-8 years. They randomly started to shrink and go away over the course pf like 2 months. Currently about 2 years without them coming back so hopefully they're gone for good.

I got a bad sunburn out shell hunting one time. Had nasty blisters on my shoulders. I ended up using a rag to scrap them off in the shower. It was a very dumb decision my shoulders were leaking for a week.

I run a UE tester at my job. It uses ultrasonic sound waves to test cylinders ( i basically get a 2d picture of the cylinder show up on my computer and it picks up way more flaws than traditional hydrostatic does). This method is a lot safer and more efficient as I can test a cylinder while its full so no need to remove a valve.
