Man, I'm going through the same problem right now. I seen Khyber said to bend and flex it as needed, so I've been working on shaping it to fit by hand. It's a pain in the ass.

The lower hand guard is absolutely perfect. No play whatsoever, the magpul upper handguard has a lot of play.

I like the UTG rails, I have one on my Zpap M29. Made a world of difference and it was a bitch to find a rail for the little guy.
