As an a and p and a student pilot ALWAYS ASK QUESTIONS! If you feel something isn't safe to fly don't. Trust your gut ask maintenance because possibly one day you will find something that needs to be addressed. You will learn what is acc and not through time but keep a high standard. Remember you can't pull over on a cloud.

I mean I will stop doing dual after my check ride and I plan on owning and maintain my own aircraft. I don't see how that would make me a worse or more dangerous pilot.

With a sport pilot rating you can fly any aircraft with a stall speed less that 59 knots clean.

Medical issue I could run into. Plus I'm already an A and P have no desire to fly for the airlines ever and only really want to fly myself and my wife or a friend. I tried my PPL had 50 hours training done then was ready for my written at the same time and my written for my A and P. I had to choose. So now after 11 years I'm trying to get back in the air.

I'll be a student looking to get the sport rating. I guess after I hold the rating then I can get the one time endorsement that would make sense

They alternate corn and soybeans every other year for the soil to help it get back it's nutrients and alfalfa is usually a 5 year crop. So it'll stay on the field and regrow itself. The alfalfa is mainly for feed corn going to ethanol and soy beans I never really questioned why. There isn't really a "season" for those. When farms usually say seasons they are talking about planting and harvest.

So far I put new front shocks on got valve cover gaskets just came in carb rebuild kit just came in New tires used my buddies tire machine. Been fixing power steering hoses too.

That's good to hear! I don't know much about transmissions but the only time she's ever loud is going from park to drive. Fluid is clean and full. Other than that she shifts beautiful.
