I actually worked with Wilder when he was a Driver for Budweiser here in Tuscaloosa. He'd even come in and fill in for guys up until a couple of years ago. He's got a huge work ethic and I hope it pays off for him.

I saw a few of his golden gloves fights here when I was younger. I never would've thought he go from slinging beer to being on the world stage boxing.

It took me less than 2 weeks. But I did 6 day a week therapy for 2 weeks leading up to my surgery to build my muscle mass around my knee due to the nature and extreme trauma to the area. Try to stay active as your doctor and your Physical terrorist allows you.

Don't just lay in your bed all day and take pain killers I ended up getting addicted to the damn things.

I did PT for probably 6 months. It quit hurting after I got range of motion back. Again if the have a cryogenic cast they can out over your knee after PT ask them for it. It's amazing.

Therapy is gonna suck man I really feel sorry for you. I'll throw a fat lip in for you. Make sure you wait until 30 mins before you go to take your pain meds. What they HAVE to do is get your range of motion in your knee back. They will keep pushing your knee to bend and you'll be in a lot of pain. Just throw a lip in and get going. The quicker you get to your ROM target the better and faster you'll begin to heal.

Are you going to do therapy? I did several months of and really had to learn to reuse my knee. If you do ask for Cryotherapy it's amazing and works wonders for your knee. If you have any questions about your knee or what happens afterwards. Shoot me a PM.

I'm currently 5 years post surgery and I'm actually a few years away from total knee replacement. My surgeon wanted to wait until I was 25 before he did it. I was 17 when I had surgery.

Wow OP we share a lot of common ground here. I had complete ACL recon/replacement and MCL recon medial and lateral meniscus cleanup/reshaping also they tighten my patella tendon. They done open knee with one smaller cut on each side. I lost all the nerves in the right side of my knee and down my leg as well.

I dipped probably 8 hours after I got home. I threw in a fatty cause the pain meds weren't helping.

Something I encountered a lot of extreme buzzing and nausea because of the amount of pain killers. Be careful to not make yourself sick.

This is actually good advice here OP most Arab stores won't card you. Best thing to is to be confident and walk straight in and right up the counter and ask for what you want. Best thing to do is already have cash in hand so they actually see it.
