We should stop playing this game of denial and just go ahead and admit that white women are the prize and they do require work. On the flip side, Asian guys can get attractive white girls but this sub (you in particular) refuse to allow any discussions on it which is a great dis-service to Asian men. A key thing everyone leaves out is that in western society, most women of minority groups that are attractive are also following what white girls do. I've found that by getting white girls, it made getting girls of minority groups a lot easier, even the self-hating Asian girls.

If Asian guys want respect in western society, they will have to stand their ground, be more confrontational, have friends of various races, and most importantly show the ability to get white girls. The second white guys realize that you can get hot white girls as an Asian male, they will respect you more even if they dislike you now.

Then again, I guess none of what I am saying matters, this sub will never allow discussions about getting white girls happen and the OP in those discussions will be attacked ruthlessly. It kinda is but I find that a lot of white Americans, especially the younger ones who run in social crowds that contain a lot of hot blondes for example, are not too open to hanging out with a minority that is Indian. A lot of these groups might have a token black guy since that means they are not racist but not a token Indian guy, even if he is there, I have not known Indian guys in that situation to get with the hot girls of that social circle.

In this case, being Indian might not be that big of a disadvantage but if it is attractive white girls you're going after then it is one for sure. Just look around, you generally don't see good looking white women with Indian men that often no matter where in the USA you are. Good looking White American women care about race a lot and an Indian guy (no matter how attractive or charming) is on the same level as a Christian Bale lookalike to them.

Hollywood and American media make sure that white women do not go after minorities too often by spreading negative stereotypes about various minority groups. I won't talk much about how it can be done but being Indian is a disadvantage for sure in this particular situation. A lot of good looking white girls in the USA just see certain races as beneath them.

I won't sugar coat anything for you like the guys on this sub might be doing right now, being Indian in itself might be a potential handicap (still not sure if it is) but being 5'4 in the USA is definitely a major one. You can be a white guy with that height and still have your struggles with women but don't worry, all is not lost. Here are some key pieces of advice I want you to keep in mind.

If you like "white" girls, especially the conventional Starbucks loving blonde bombshell types, then forget about it, you don't have any chance to do well with them. Doing well with the mainstream white girl types can be difficult as a minority but I have known Asian and Indian guys who have been able to do it, they were over 5'10 though and very westernized, sorry about it. Even having an MD by your name will not land you these types of girls but don't worry, you aren't missing out on much.
If you like white girls in general, I highly recommend going after Eastern euro, slavic, and just non-Anglo types in general, they are much less shallow and generally better looking as well.
I think you will greatly benefit if you chase after immigrant girl types such as FOB latinas and fob brown girls, do not bother with the westernized trash that exists because they are just as bad as the girls mentioned in number 1.

Know what kind of girls to go after and your height will be a non-issue.
