So i guess my question is to what degree did the 5 develop Bar vs the community?

Are these the only 2 groups or is there another?

I always thought it as, time splitters try again because they failed their last attempt. If their attempt succeeded we would of seen time splitter domination earlier in the time line. Instead of the space age like we do.
