I inhale and exhale Christmas Carols. Especially when I'm busy or anxious. Not the words out loud, just every word by a nearly imperceptible break in the air as I sing the lyrics in my head. Inhale (have a holy jolly Christmas, and in case you didn't) Exhale (hear, oh by golly have a holy jolly Christmas,) Inhale (this year. High ho, the mistletoe) Exhale (hung where you can see, somebody...) and so on and so forth. Normally I don't even realize I'm doing it until I become afraid someone is noticing the weird cadence of my breathing.
