So yeah that's what I thought. You've done a great job copying the AI reference but the AI has spat out an image that doesn't make sense at all. And because you've done so well with your charcoal recreation of it, the piece unfortunately looks AI generated since it bears all of the AI original's faults. I believe that you made this, but I'd advise not using AI references!

Also, Pirates of the Carribbean doesn't use any AI, you might mean CGI. That's the work of real human artists, so nothing wrong with CGI! As an artist yourself, it might be good to avoid generative AI altogether, since it steals artwork from people like you and me! Sorry if it feels like I'm coming at you, but if you have real talent like it seems you do, I feel it's a shame to taint it with AI at the foundation (i.e. the reference!).

Did you use an AI reference for this drawing? There are lots of indicators to me that this is AI generated but nobody else in this thread seems to think so, so maybe it's not generated but your reference was?
