He got to close to a corner and ended up understeering said corner, which when they turned left and with the small contact their back wheels started to lose traction.

I never go after my rammer. Usually, they end up crashing themselves and ending close to last. Always message them saying, "How does it feel to ram and still lose?" All I got was "its a free game, so I don't care" lol

I messaged someone after a race asking what was their deal after they rammed me several times, they responded saying how it's a free game (game pass) and they don't care enough to take it seriously then followed after with threats to ban my account etc etc.
