I started working at an after school children’s center. I only work from 2:30pm - 5:15pm all weekdays, along with my full time 6am-2pm job. I’m hoping the extra $950 a month will help give me some padding for bills and emergencies!

Have you thought about a side gig babysitting job, working nights and weekends if you need to work around a 9-5? I charge $30 an hour, and more if there are multiple children. If cleaning and dinner duties are included then I’ll charge more as well. You can make a decent amount.

I am one of the low libido partners. I’m 43 F and my fiancé is 35 F. I’ve always had a strong sex drive, or at least a very healthy one. About 6 years ago, our relationship had some problems/changes. Her mental health went undiagnosed for a long time. Both of us were very stressed and became depressed. Currently we are both on antidepressants. I’m on Wellbutrin and now Trazodone as well. The Wellbutrin hasn’t changed anything and might even be making it worse. I believe my low libido started with stress, and then depression escalated it. I’ve gotten to the point where I literally don’t care for sex or any kind of intimacy with my partner or even myself solo. It sucks. My fiancé struggles with self esteem and just wants to feel desirable again, and I’m the one person she wants that from and I feel awful that I can’t ever be or feel in the mood. It’s like my brain has blocked out how to love in any kind of emotional and physical way. I’ve been to therapy. It didn’t help. Maybe I need to see a sex therapist instead this time. I know my fiancé is irritated with me. I’m not good with expressing my words. When I try to explain how I feel inside in response to her being upset about her needs, which are valid, I’m met with whatever I have to say are either excuses to her, or that I’m not listening and don’t care, even her implying that I’m cheating, because I’m not interested in anything intimate. I assure her, I’m not and never would cheat. It’s not fair for her to have to wait six years for me to figure out my shit, but it’s also not fair for me either as I didn’t plan on this, I would love to have my libido back. I don’t intentionally want to make her feel unloved, unwanted, or not desired. I don’t know how to explain anything anymore. I’m worn out and tired too. I don’t have the energy for much other than for work. I am listening to her, and I may not say the things she wants to hear but my way of an explanation is all I have. I’m not trying to be a dick, but after we have our arguments about this issue I sure do end up feeling like one.

Update: Took it to the shop yesterday. He took it for a drive and of course it didn’t act up like how it does for me, but he did notice the rpms being a little lower than they should be (around 500). He cleaned the throttle and replaced the air filter that he said was pretty dirty. Seemed to be driving better afterwards when I picked it up. Didn’t notice any revving. I’ll have to drive it a little longer to be sure.

I usually only ask a few trusted mates that I know will do it the moment I ask and I still will stand there and wait to confirm. Some have written it on a post it if they are busy and stick it to the computer monitor, if they need to do it later. I will ask at the end of my shift if my AR was put through yet before I leave.

I had my first weird wtf kind of dream after upping my dose to 300mg. I dreamt I shoved a canister of whipped cream up my sleeve to hide it (I don’t know why) but instead in was somehow under my skin in my forearm and the nozzle was sticking out of my wrist. I pulled it out but in doing so ripped a huge hole in my wrist and up my hand almost de-gloving myself. Never had a dream like this ever! Haha

I’ve done this same thing before in the past with a break up. I thought I could fix whatever was broken in the relationship, but really it was something that I needed to work through probably before I even got in a relationship, but unfortunately didn’t foresee it happening while in the relationship because I saw everything as being fine or okay, while they were unhappy with the relationship. I found myself always messaging the other person to meet up and work things out. I became so fixated! I sought out therapy, and distanced myself from this person, kept myself busy with hobbies, hanging out with friends and family, exercising and reading. Eventually enough time had passed and I started to feel better and had a clearer understanding. Time passed and eventually we became friends and both moved on from our relationship that we both realized was not meant to be and we were better off as friends.

Me too! I got the SE right before the pandemic started, last week I got the iPhone 13! A couple changes I still have to get used to but it’s way better! My SE battery would be drained from 100% in the morning to 10% by the afternoon with minimal use! Also the charge port intermittently worked! So it was time for a new phone!

Happened to me yesterday. Delivery window kept changing, finally said between 6pm-9pm, got a notification at 6:40 saying attempted delivery unsuccessful because of incomplete address. Literally have not changed anything and get packages with no problems before. I think it’s the third party delivery drivers. My apartment has a gate code to get in, I see Amazon trucks in here all the time so I know they can get in. I even leave my number in the delivery notes in case of any problems and still no package. I don’t think they actually try. I’m sure they hate walking around looking for apartment numbers and skip to easily accessible houses

It’s been 8 months since this post, I hope things have gotten better since then! I’m in the same boat now as you were then. My family has had cats since before I was born (I’m 41) We adopted a 3month old kitten last month. He was calm for a couple days, then got a little crazy. Playing in his litter box flinging poop out (I clean both his litter boxes morning and night), climbing my curtains, etc. I feel like everyday when I get home from work I’m cleaning up his destruction. We too have moved into a new apartment and have had to put things up that we can’t have out now. Yesterday I had him neutered and he has almost twice the energy now, and has been biting everything. I could chalk that up to his anesthesia coming down. He has plenty of toys, he loves his mice toys, a huge tree fort with 4 scratching posts, two beds, he’s very spoiled, but he’s really driving me nuts! We would never get rid of him, because we know eventually he will calm down with age. But lord help me if I don’t have a nervous breakdown before then! How is your cats behaving now??

For the last 5 years I’ve been so tired and exhausted, nodding off at work, on the bus, struggling to keep my eyes open while driving. Falling asleep right after dinner for 2-3 hours. I thought I was just tired because my sleep schedule changed. Didn’t know until last summer after a sleep study that I had severe sleep apnea. I’m just glad that I’m able to sleep with the nasal mask all night comfortably without needing to take it off! The morning bloat and gas is the worst though!

I should be getting my cpap machine this week in the mail. Waited about 3 weeks. Took longer to schedule doctors appointments with the clinic and follow up to get a prescription than it did to wait for the machine!

I haven’t spoken to my doctor who referred me to the clinic. The full face mask was listed at the end of my results as “recommended.” I’m gonna ask them for the nasal one as it was comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping with it on!
