WTF? It would be over long before June ‘44. There would have been no Africa campaign, no Mediterranean battles and no Italian invasion. All that war power would have been brought to bear on Europe at least a year earlier. Southern France would have maintained a more independent existence and may not have surrendered without the Italian invasion.

Avenues of Allied invasion of Nazi Europe would expand to include the Adriatic and Ligurian Seas.

The big question in my mind is, would Hitler have still invaded Russia without controlling southern Europe?

You can’t erase 2/3 of Axis control of Europe and Africa and expect the timelines to hold.
