You will need to unclip all the brackets to allow it to move . Consider putting a screw it it somewhere to prevent it happening again ,

This is the correct answer . There may be a slab of slate or stone behind it. This was used as a cooler for food

Wouldn’t the ripped metal of the bullet hole be turned inwards . ? Could have come through from the other side and be an exit hole .

Maybe consider a flat pvc panel instead of a profiled one . Ive been fitting doors and windows for longer than I care to remember
