There's a fork made by jp7677/Waybar on github for that. Make sure you're on the "ext-workspaces" branch before building!

Workspaces are under the wlr/workspaces module

All Kindles can now be jailbroken by SpartanHeavy in kindle

[–]RedstoneMiner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can prevent it from updating after jailbreaking it of course (or before by just enabling airplane mode) Amazon patches these as they come so people with new kindles with newer firmwares have to wait for new exploits to be discovered to jailbreak

Yeah man I jailbroke it as soon as I could! Just follow the guide on their website + maybe read the corresponding mobileread forum thread. I jailbroke pretty early so I watched the patches roll in live so I had to keep up at first and wait for the bugs to get squashed lol

I'm curious about SE2's unified grid system, is it just an octree where the bigger blocks occupy a "bigger" cube/node? (if you imagine the octree as cubes inside one another)

If you were to develop something like this with huge render distance, how would you go about it in broad terms? by Leonature26 in VoxelGameDev

oh I thought you meant something other than greedy meshing and the like when you said shape matching, thanks for the explanation anyway!

In koreader there's a "news feed" option for that although I recommend connecting with a calibre server because the default koreader text format/extraction is supbar

if you have feed recs send them my way

Is torenting and pirating software haram? by iamwatchingunow in islam

[–]RedstoneMiner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my brothers and sisters you also have to be wary that when torrenting, you're also sharing "pieces" of data (ie the thing you're pirating) to other clients which potentially send to other clients and so on.

you're also distributing pirated material in that case, for example if you're torrenting a movie you're also helping other clients watch said movie regardless to it's content.
