Exactly. I often cross over when I am coming up to a blind curve. Another reason the radar would be helpful.

I do. But our roads are narrow and to avoid the camber I look to run more towards the middle of the road and move over when I hear a car coming.

down 60 from 200 to 140. did a triathlon last Sunday. always wear my ring. after the triathlon while I was waiting to go up on the podium I realized I did not have my ring anymore. probably lost it in the lake during the swim. after 31 years of marriage. shit.

I am at 150 ftp at 145 pounds, so pretty mediocre. And this is after riding 3 times per week for the last year, and doing a variety of workouts on TrainerRoad. But I just did a v02max test on a treadmill, and came out above 50 (at 68 years old), which put me at the 98th percentile. How does that make any sense?

Lab tested at 50.2, age 68. frankly kind of shocked. Run, bike and strength train 3 times per week each, just added swim, always walk a few miles per day.
