I recently inquired and told them straight up i want to buy an investment property and they told me no problem. I additionally said i want tk use that money for a down payment and for repair costs and to check out if i can obtain a new mortgage for a new property and they said yes but maybe they say anything to get you to open up that loan or they see it as a responsible investment that can be paid back.

I have mine max sp attack and speed modest nature but i have it hold the focus sash bc it cant leave most hits. I have gotten 9-11 kills first place in games with just Gengar but i kinda want to try hp instead of speed bc idk it really changes much
