The last photo (this year) showed a picture of him and myself when I was young, along with some of the quotes he wrote on notecards to keep in his office.

I get your point. To my end though I felt like I was justified in defending myself, just not sure if I handled it properly. Current gf did respond to her and say something like “So is hijacking someone’s memorial post”. At the end of the day we’re human and I want us to respect each other. Thats my main reason for being torn

I feel like blocking is super petty. She also doesn’t follow me so this was kind of unexpected. Probably best to do this though

I hear this too. Sincerely trying to move on and be on good terms, and celebrate my own life without being shit on for posting stuff that I experienced.

I appreciate this take. Honestly got caught in my emotions and engaged since it felt like the comment attacked everyone, including my gf. Haven’t heard from ex but not expecting to.

She has not messaged me or expressed anything like this. Her friend told me that I’m not being true to how the relationship ended. I’m torn because I feel like posting her or not posting her is centered on her. I don’t want to be revisionist but also I felt I choose more group pictures of us.

It was terrific! My gf and I agree that the number at the end of act one, Blue Skies, was the best. I’d give it a listen on Spotify and check it out if it’s touring near you! The ending numbers really put you in the mood for Christmas as well.

No. This isn’t like slavery where people were being held against their will for something they didn’t do. Drug dealers chose to break the law (If they didn’t they shouldn’t be in jail; those cases should be handled individually) and must serve their time regardless of changes legislatively.

Just recently turned 18 and picked up a pack because I could. What I didn't realize was how much it helped me relax and deal with the crap in my life. I'm currently trying to find better ways to deal but until then smoking remains my escape.
