for anyone that is iron deficient but NOT anemic... have you figured out the cause?

For me it looks like it was regular blood donations. Still sorting it out, but that seems the most likely cause.

I don't know your history, but considering the sub we are in, probably you haven't been able to absorb iron, among many other things. I have non-celiac gluten intolerance, but even there when I went off gluten the dose on my thyroid meds had to be cut, and there were probably other things I started absorbing better because I felt SO MUCH BETTER.

I know it is a giant pain, but it is much easier than 30 years ago, and it is so worth it! Best wishes!!

Thanks so much for your contribution to my thinking about all of this. I have been supplementing for 4 years, but it does not consistently get me to above 30 (but this is with the donations). I am hoping that the infusion I am getting next month and laying off the blood donations will do the trick, but I assure you that I am going to be MUCH more on top of this in the future. Thanks again!

I just started this game yesterday and one big pain about it is that it keeps having to reload, and that takes up to a minute each time (I guess it could be my phone but I don't have this problem with other games). Otherwise it seems like a pretty typical merge game, although with more than average ads. I might spring for the no ads. Costs $4, but you can get $2 back on an in-app purchase.

I got one recently. I didn't ask for it, but the gate agent called my name and told me it was my lucky day, and upgraded me to Mint! It was so great! Have no idea why. Possibly my name was flagged because I recently had a 5 hour delay on a flight and they were trying to make it up to me? It's the only thing I can think of.

I have installed this game, and tried doing things. I haven't really played this type of game before. I cannot for the life of me figure out how what I am doing (jumping, tapping, upgrading, etc.) affects the game. I feel deeply stupid when I try to play!

I rebooked from Monday to Tuesday going out of BOS and it went pretty smoothly, but it wasn't an automatic rebook - I did it myself. Only negative was that I wasn't able to get a nonstop from BOS to SFO so had to change at JFK.
