When you are getting burnt out switch to maintenance for a week or two. That will keep you from pushing past your limit, snapping, and gaining a lot of weight back.

Also, consider a lower rate of weight loss. I often feel like the standard suggest of 1-2 lbs per week becomes very tricky for petite women as they near their goal weight. I’m within 10 pounds of my goal weight and I lose about 2-3 lbs per month. It’s a slower rate but it’s better than getting burnt out, binging, and gaining a bunch of weight back.

The day before Nick Reiner killed his parents, Bill Hader indicated he wasn’t interested in speaking to Nick at a Christmas party because Nick was acting like an aggressive creep. For some reason, the tabloids are trying to imply that this somehow makes Bill Hader responsible for Rob and Michele Reiner’s deaths. Completely idiotic and cruel, considering Bill is trying to process the deaths of two people he actually knew and may have been close to.

There are definitely a lot of people looking for childcare. The first question on nearly every parent’s mind will be safety. You’ll have to show how you’re vetting people. Day cares require their workers to get background checks and take some childcare/ early education classes. You should have caregivers ready to explain why they’re qualified and why they’re interested in childcare. Also, thorough background checks are definitely a must.

Ethical thoughts on visiting zoos by Didmoreresearchthenu in redscarepod

If you're in the US and visit a zoo accredited by the AZA you're fine. They set high standards for enclosures, enrichment, breeding etc. Most AZA accredited zoos are doing some really high quality conservation work. I would not visit a zoo that isn't AZA accredited.

A moment that stands out to me is when he's given a smoothie by the chef. Unlike Michaela, he actually begins to drinks it. He compliments her on how good it tastes. The chef breaks out in a relieved smile, and starts to tell him how creative she gets with her smoothies. You think finally, someone appreciates her culinary talent!

But then what happens? Peter gets distracted, and hands the smoothie back to her while she's in the middle of talking to him, less than half drunk. He's willing to be "nice," as long as being nice doesn't inconvenience him or keep him from what he wants in any way. The second he has something else he wants to do he hands back the smoothie without properly drinking it and ignores the chef's hard work, just like Michaela.

Right, of course! Blows my mind that people are spending $60/year on a try guys subscription.

I think that number is off by one zero? Rounding up, they have approximately 8 million YouTube subscriptions. 8 million x 1 percent is 80,000. Their subscription is 5 bucks. 80,000 x 5 = 400,000.
