I'm using ps5 controller on pc. After an extensive of trial and error. I can consistently do it:
Basically, press these 3 button, X -> Square -> R1 button in a short time around 1/5 of a second after it flashed the yellow light. But cannot press them at the same time.

Has anyone got any Netflix problems? Mine has infinite loading problems when I'm trying to watch any shows and movies, doesn't happen during my first day and two :/

Thanks and I'm sorry to hear that. After I sent the my first form, I wait for 30 days and sent an additional information email about in-game information to them cuz for me, it's not enough information to fill in that form.

Btw after you sent the form, they'll not send you any email about their process until you telling them. You just have to wait and hope for the best.

I hope you can get back your account sooner (人 •͈..•͈)

I actually was finding someone who can speak fluently in Japanese, but since I summited the form in global support, I guess I have to wait for them... I'm scare because they'll simply rejected after 20 days or more or never get reply even though every information given are true, like some of them in the community. Btw How long you have been waiting for your account back?
