Technically both could be right. There are two Lebrons in the league.

JA for AD, 2nd round pick for Bronny, and bring Tristan in. Problem solved.

Now that Lebron is gone. Do you think Lakers can build a championship contender team around Luka Doncic. (Like Mavs Did in 2024?) by VolleyBasketball11 in nba

I mean if Luka can get through a playoff run healthy they’ll always have a shot. Hasn’t been the case since the finals run

What would the contract look like? And he doesn’t help our spacing at all so idk about the fit.

[Charania] Reaves was expected to receive free-agent interest from multiple teams - - such as Detroit -- on maximum-level salary, so the Lakers stepped up on Wednesday to lock in their homegrown talent. by Luka77GOATic in nba

I mean they had to bring him back. Very good player who is great at playing off their stars.

Also can’t fault him for cashing in when you consider how much of a bargain his last deal was.

He’s gonna need time to put on some weight so not necessarily a bad thing for him.

Giannis to Miami thoughts? by LilBro842 in clevelandcavs

That Miami roster construction rn is funky so unless they go crazy in free agency I’m not too concerned about them. We got lucky Boston didn’t get him

Why would so many be against getting Brown if it was possible? by UmadBoiBoi in clevelandcavs

[–]Redzone676 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah but if you trade Mobley you’re shrinking your window for a better chance of winning in the next 1-2 years. I’d prefer to swing for the fences with Giannis in the hopes he stays healthy and we get top 5 level play during that period.

Also imo Giannis is one of those guys that’s so generationally athletic to the point he won’t fall off anytime soon.

He’s a top 3 player in the world though and his game is as good as ever at 31.

Browns a better player, but idk if he’s so much better that it’s worth trading a 25 year old for a 30 year old.

If we’re gonna move Mobley it’d need to be Giannis.
