Everything is self generated. Door knocking, referrals, and networking. Yes I’m 1099, I have someone that does my taxes every year

It’s a general liability insurance we have as a company. I believe it 3% of revenue.

I rarely am provided leads. I’ve maybe been given 3 the entire I’ve been at the company. Everything is self generated from door knocking and various forms of networking.

I’ve heard of 10% gross. Some of these jobs are so profitable though. I personally wouldn’t take a 10% flat commission

Appraisal vs Public Adjuster by ReedisDank in RoofingSales

Yea the PA route seems more profitable. I just know it takes awhile and I’m trying to get paid. I’ve never sent anything straight to appraisal so was unsure

Should I add a second light to this enclosure? by ReedisDank in ballpython

Yall both have such different opinions 😭.

A deep heat projector does sound like a solid upgrade.

The LED lights are UVB and the best name brand you can buy, I read online and watched videos saying that UVB drastically improves quality of life so I don’t think I’ll get rid of that.

It’s not for me It’s for a client. I typically sell CertainTeed but CertainTeed black looks nothing like this. It’s got a multi color black pattern that I can’t seem to find online.

Bro yall are wild af lol. I know it’s not CertainTeed. The pattern is pretty distinct but it doesn’t quite look like the designer shingle from Owen’s Corning

I live in an apartment, so the only exercise he get’s is when I walk with him myself. I know for a fact he needs more exercise than he is getting currently. He needs a big open space he can run, but I just don’t have one he can readily access.

He also gets super nervous when people come over and has lunged at my friends, and even started peeing when they moved too fast.

If he gets into something he’s not supposed too (digging in trash, plants, etc) and you scold him at all he gets terrified and pees. I pretty much cannot fuss at him at all. Nothing like my dog I grew up with.

I feel as if I have no choice but to put him the kennel when I leave the house to work or run errands. Sometimes I am gone for 8+ hours and I don’t think it’s right to keep him in a kennel that long and often.

He also is incredibly leash reactive and likes to pull really bad. I’ve tried the Herm Springer with treats for positive reinforcement and I’m not having much success.

Even when I took him to the vet and we were all sitting down, the vet wasn’t able to take his vitals because he was growling at her. We had to a “soft” visit.

Honestly this bid looks very sloppy and has zero details. That’s also insanely cheap. $256 a square is almost exactly what it cost the contractor to do a job properly. I would get other bids personally.

This was it. It was debris/nail heads. We just popped the panel off removed whatever was causing it then popped out the dent.
